The CIS HelpDesk provides full support for university owned computers. We also provide some support for personally-owned computers.  For an overview of hardware support, please select from the table of contents above.

All computers connected to the campus network must meet current industry standards, including the installation of current operating system updates and currently active anti-virus software. CIS does not recommend any particular brand of computer for purchase, many manufacturers provide educational discounts to SPU Faculty/Staff and Students.
