Overview
Terra Dotta Software for International Student & Scholar Services (TDS-ISSS) is software used by the International Student Services Office (ISS). It is used for student data reporting to the US Department of Homeland Security, providing helpful resources for international students, and receiving/processing forms.

TDS-ISSS allows international students to submit forms/requests directly to ISS for processing, streamlining operations. It also consolidates specialized content and resources for incoming and current international students.
Designed For
TDS-ISSS is used to monitor and maintain compliance with The US Department of Homeland Security. It also provides a portal for international students at SPU to submit forms directly to ISS and access relevant resources.
Getting Started
Incoming International students are advised to engage with Terra Dotta when appropriate. Current international students continue to utilize the portal throughout their time at SPU.
For Faculty and Staff users, ISS staff delegates access as needed.
Technical Support and Training
Students should contact the ISS Office for questions: iss@spu.edu. If necessary, they will escalate the issue to CIS or Terra Dotta Support.
Administration and Maintenance
Server resources are hosted off-site on Terra Dotta's servers. Within SPU, administration of Terra Dotta for ISSS is handled by the International Student Services Office. CIS maintains the integration between Terra Dotta and Banner.
