How to get your SPU ID card

Submitting documentary proof of vaccination:  All employees of SPU are required to be fully vaccinated (2 shots) against COVID-19 and to submit proof of vaccination, unless the employee has been approved for a medical or religious exemption.  See our vaccination requirements: FAQ's page for more information. Proof of vaccination should be provided to the department budget manager or administrative assistant working with you in the onboarding process.  If you missed this step, or if you need to request a form to submit a request for a medical or religious exemption, please contact Human Resources at hr@spu.edu
