Diplomas

Diplomas are not distributed during Commencement. You will receive yours once all the requirements for your degree(s) are completed and your grades have been posted for your degree.

During the ceremony, you’ll receive a diploma cover. Diplomas will be released when your degree has been awarded and all financial obligations to the University are met. See the timelines below for the time at which you will receive your diploma.

• Spring Quarter graduates: diplomas by mid-September
• Summer Sessions graduates: diplomas by mid-December
• Autumn Quarter graduates: diplomas by mid-March
• Winter Quarter graduates: diplomas by mid-June
