Did You Know?

  • XFINITY On Campus HD TV programming is available to campus residence hall students via TV, computer and mobile devices. In addition to live streaming of cable content, XFINITY offers a DVR (digital video recording) feature. Residential students may save up to 20 hours of recorded programming after logging in to the XFINITY ON CAMPUS web site.

SPU provides TV service in the residence halls and apartments from Comcast. Students who currently live in on-campus housing will be able to watch TV online on their personal computer, through Roku devices, and with select Apple or Android tablets or smartphones using the XFINITY On Campus app. Students can also watch On-Demand movies and events, and even record programs via the cloud-based DVR service.

XFINITY On Campus offers additional subscription programming (movies and sports) packages as an optional monthly add-on (your expense).

Premium Subscriptions

Additional program subscription channels may be purchased directly from Comcast/XFINITY. Prices and program selections are provided by the vendor. Billing is month to month and auto-renewing. All billing questions (for paid subscription services) should be directed to Comcast. Some of the subscription programming may only be available while on-campus. During breaks from school or upon leaving residential housing, it is recommended that you cancel your subscription to avoid paying for a service you cannot use when off campus.
