If you are able to log into your account and would like to update the non-SPU (external) email address associated with your account, please follow the steps below.


Follow these steps to modify your external email address:

  1. Log into Banner ( 
  2. Select Personal Menu -> Personal Information Menu.
  3. Click Update Email Address.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to either add, change, or delete an external email address
