Unified Messaging (UM) is a voice mail system feature available to faculty and staff members to allow voice mail messages to be be integrated with the campus email system and Outlook. With UM, your voice messages will appear in your email inbox. They can also be accessed from on- or off-campus telephones. On SPU-managed computers, these voice messages can be opened using the audio software on the computer. Double-clicking the email attachment will play the voicemail using the default audio program.

Setup Unified Messaging

If you would like to have your voice mailbox configured for Unified Messaging, please contact the CIS HelpDesk at help@spu.edu, or by phone at (206)-281-2982. Please be ready to provide your phone extension, as well as your SPU username.
