Overview

SPU's Master Calendar contains events held by various campus departments. From SPU Fridays to matches from SPU's sports teams, advertise your event to the greater SPU community using the Campus Calendar. The campus master calendar integrates with the campus room scheduling system, SPU Room Finder (EMS), to allow you to book space for events and submit them to the calendar at the same time.

How it works

Events booked in Room Finder are sent to various calendar managers based on the event type and group that is hosting the event. These calendar managers then process the requests and decide which events will be shown to that calendar’s audience. For off-campus events, SPU users will still be able to submit events directly to the calendar for approval. Use the links above to find specific information on how SPU's Campus Calendar works.
