To remove Microsoft account information from the device:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to iPad Settings.
  2. In the Settings, tap to select one of your Office for iPad apps like, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  3. Under RESET, tap Reset <app name>.
  4. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials.
  5. Close the app. To close, on your iPad, press the Home button twice, swipe to find your app, and swipe the preview screen up to close it.

The next time you launch the app, all your login credentials will be deleted.
