CIS provides support for the campus telephone system, voicemail service (for faculty/staff), long distance telephone service, and programmed television service to faculty, staff and on-campus students. 

The campus-provided phone service and TV service are the only service options available in campus residence halls and apartments. Student aren’t allow to contract for individual services with other third party providers. The cost for phone and TV service is included in the basic room rate for on-campus students.
