Files on USB not Showing

Problem

When I connect my USB stick to the MFP, I can view the folders, but cannot see the individual files I want to print.

Solution

  1. The USB stick must be formatted as FAT32 memory for the MFP to recognize the files stored on the drive.
  2. The MFP will only recognize PDF documents, so other file types must be converted on a computer beforehand.

To convert files to PDF, use Acrobat Pro on SPU computers or download a free converter online, such as Foxit Reader.
