CIS provides basic maintenance support for SPU conference rooms and similar spaces with audio-visual technology. CIS also provides consulting and pricing services for new audio-visual installations throughout campus.

If CIS determines that there is faulty equipment in a conference room, a staff representative from CIS will work with the individual department on repair or replacement steps using an audio-visual vendor.
For repairs and new installations, contact the CIS Help Desk at email@example.com or extension 2982. A staff member will work with the department contact to look at the needs and uses of the conference room and provide one or more options that will fit the needs. The staff member will work with CIS-approved audio-visual members to provide quotes for the repair or new installation.
