Clutter is an email filter feature introduced by Microsoft.  It has additional filtering that takes low priority messages you really do want to arrive in your inbox and organizes them in a separate folder. Clutter looks at what you've done in the past to determine the messages you’re most likely to ignore and then moves these messages to a new folder in Outlook called Clutter.


  1. Log into Webmail.
  2. Click on the Gear Icon and select Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu under Mail, select Clutter.
  4. Select the option Don't separate items identified as clutter and press the Save icon when finished.
