Welcome to the Seattle Pacific University’s Finance Wiki space!

Finance ensures that SPU has effective financial controls in place and that monies are spent in accordance with the University’s mission. Please reach out to Finance with any questions about faculty, staff and student payroll, accounts receivable (including setting up new ways to receive payments), accounts payable (including queries about contracts and purchasing), and financial analysis and reporting. Although Finance does not directly handle student finances and tuition, all other University business comes through this department. Finance reports to the Office of the VP for Business and Finance.

    • 1.1.24 Standard Mileage Rate for miles driven January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 is 67.0 cents/mile

  • Purchase Orders are required for all purchases $25,000 or more.
