TMA iServiceDesk is a web-based work request system used by Facility and Project Management Staff.
Faculty, staff, and students can easily submit work requests online through their web browser.
Facilities and Project Management Staff use TMA iServiceDesk to receive, document and track service requests. Users who submit requests can also track the ticket status.
Go to tma.spu.edu to access the web portal. Within the portal you can submit work requests for building maintenance and housekeeping issues, as well as request assistance from Facilities for classroom and event set-ups.

TMA iServiceDesk is a vendor-supported web application. CIS maintains the on-campus servers and processes annual upgrades.
