Raiser's Edge is used by the Advancement and Alumni offices for tracking donors, alumni, and friends of the university.


Raiser's Edge is one of the three core business operations applications at SPU. It is considered the authoritative source of institutional data regarding alumni and donors.

Getting Started

Donors can submit their gifts to SPU at

Raiser's Edge has a limited user license for SPU staff. Eligible staff will have access by virtue of their position. Raiser's Edge can be installed through the Software Center for Faculty/Staff using an SPU-owned computer. To request access, staff should contact Advancement Services.

Technical Support and Training

New users will be provided with introductory training by a member of Advancement Services. Technical Support questions should be addressed to Advancement Services.

Administration and Maintenance

Raiser's Edge is supported and maintained by Advancement Services. CIS assists with system upgrades, application installation, integration, and other advanced technical issues where able.
